Victor Marawu

CHAIRMAN
Victor is a highly skilled, creative and pragmatic business strategist and entrepreneur who has worked with international businesses, not-for-profit organizations, as well as start-ups. He is currently the CEO of Vertical Momentum, a global organization that aims to help people and organizations in their development. Victor has served on the boards of international organizations, including Junior Chamber International (JCI), the largest global network of young entrepreneurs operating in over 5,000 communities across 100+ countries. During his tenure at JCI, Victor held various positions and eventually became the Executive Vice President for Africa and the Middle East. He also chaired the 2014 JCI Africa and the Middle East conference held in Lome, Togo, which attracted over 600 delegates from around the world. Victor is also an Attorney at Law, practicing in the Superior Courts of Zimbabwe. As Chairperson of SEAT AFRICA, Victor is responsible for leading the organization to growth and success in Africa and beyond (African Diaspora). He is supported in this role by a team of talented Advisors from across Africa.

Priscilla Musoki

DEPUTY CHAIRPERSON
Priscilla has had a diverse and successful career that spans education, business, and community service. She has 24 years of experience in education, including 18 years of exemplary school leadership. Additionally, she has ventured into entrepreneurship within the hospitality and clothing industries. Priscilla is also a uniquely skilled Leadership Coach and Mentor under Vertical Momentum. As the founder of Marah Empowerment Trust, she champions the empowerment of women and children in challenging circumstances. She is the co-founder and CEO of Nhaka Leadership Solutions, a publishing company that specializes in leadership training and educational materials. During the COVID-19 global pandemic, Priscilla founded Gogo Diaries Sweden, a platform that shares fun experiences with young children to bridge the gap between the African culture and what is in the Diaspora. Through this project, she has authored several books for young children that are used in different countries globally and have been translated into more than six languages to date. Priscilla has co-authored textbooks, produced training materials for the Ministry of Education, held leadership positions in various organizations, and coached and mentored leaders in different countries. As Deputy Chairperson of SEAT AFRICA, Priscilla provides leadership in advancing the organization’s objectives.

Primrose Ndlovu

ADVISOR
Primrose is an experienced finance professional with over 20 years of local, regional, and global experience. She has worked in various industries including accounting, travel, non-profit, mining, and high-impact global consultancy in different roles. Primrose has a diverse skill set, including Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Strategy Development, Risk Management, Mergers and Acquisitions, Investment Analysis, Performance Management, Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility, Strategic Financial Reporting and Business Leadership. She brings a unique strategic perspective to various aspects of business and finance, helping organizations navigate complex challenges to achieve their long-term objectives. Primrose is currently an Advisor for SEAT AFRICA, where she supports operations from policy and strategic levels to deliver growth, sustainability, and impact.

Asmaa Benslimane

ADVISOR
Asmaa is an accomplished professional with 25 years of experience in customer relations, logistics, and port operations. She has held various management roles at Casablanca Port before becoming an Advisor for Public/Private Partnership and International Cooperation in the former Moroccan Minister of Infrastructure, Transport, and Logistics Cabinet. Currently, she is the Administration and Training Manager of Marsa Maroc Container and Ro-Ro Terminals at Casablanca Port. Asmaa is the founding President of the Moroccan Public Diplomacy Center (MPDC) and the Moroccan branch of the Women's International Shipping and Trading Association (WISTA). She also serves as the WIMA AFRICA Vice President, overseeing Arab countries. Asmaa served in Junior Chamber International (JCI) Morocco as National General Secretary in 2010 and the National President of in 2011. She played a pivotal role in organizing the 2012 JCI Africa and Middle East Conference in Casablanca, Morocco under the patronage of King Mohamed VI. Asmaa was the first Moroccan to join the JCI International Board as Vice President in 2013, assigned to eight African countries. In 2014, she was the Coordinator of JCI Activities with the United Nations in Africa and the Middle East and participated in exchange programs, enhancing her multicultural skills. In May 2023, Asmaa was elected the "Most Influential JCI Senator" by the Senate Association of Africa and the Middle East. She is fluent in Arabic, French, and English and exemplifies the boundless possibilities of service and impact. Asmaa sits on the SEAT AFRICA Advisory Board and represents the organisation in North Africa

Pascal Mugisha

ADVISOR
Pascal is a highly accomplished Sales and Distribution leader with a diverse background spanning tech startups and telecommunications. He possesses expertise in Channel Development, Strategic Planning, Retail Management, Negotiation, Budgeting, and Entrepreneurship. Currently, Pascal holds pivotal roles as a Go-to-Market and Coach Consultant at VERTICAL MOMENTUM Ltd, aiding business development in East Africa, and as a Senior Training Consultant at K-lab, supporting entrepreneurs with market research and go-to-market strategies. He also contributes to 250 STARTUP Ltd as a Go-To-Market Coach, assisting startup founders with communication planning and skill development. In past positions at Tigo Rwanda Ltd, Pascal showcased strong leadership as the Head of Territory Management and Northern Territory Manager, achieving significant growth in distribution channels and market share. He has also spearheaded special projects such as the KYC Project and served as a Regional Sales Manager. Beyond his professional endeavors, Pascal has held significant leadership roles in organizations like Chez Les Bien-Aimes, Junior Chamber International (JCI) Rwanda, Faith Foundation, WEMI Leadership Development Centre, and Rwanda For Jesus. Pascal sits on the SEAT AFRICA Advisory Board, representing the organization in East Africa.

Tetiwe Nzimah

ADVISOR
Tetiwe is an expert in effective brand strategy and works with public, private, and non-profit organizations to help them achieve breakthroughs and growth. She is a board member of the C2-Alliance and actively contributes to positive community impact. Tetiwe is also a dedicated leader within Junior Chamber International (JCI) where she has held various positions such as 2022 JCI RISE committee member and JCI International Vice President. In 2023, Tetiwe served as the AMDEC (Africa and Middle East Development Council) Chairperson, driving JCI’s growth in new countries across Africa and the Middle East. Currently, Tetiwe is serving as the 2024 Executive Vice President for JCI Africa and the Middle East. She has the responsibility to lead the Area in pursuing the organisation’s objectives. She will chair the 2024 JCI Africa and the Middle East Conference in Kigali, Rwanda where the world will converge for a progressive discourse in May. Her passion for youth empowerment led her to establish the Tetiwe Nzimah Foundation. The foundation envisions a world where education, leadership, and community empowerment intersect. Mungai Nfi

Vincent Bino Mogano

Vincent Bino Mogano is a distinguished economist, corporate governance expert, and strategic advisor with over 25 years of experience in banking, risk management, corporate leadership, and policy advocacy.
