Vincent Bino Mogano is a distinguished economist, corporate governance expert, and strategic advisor with over 25 years of experience in banking, risk management, corporate leadership, and policy advocacy. He is the Board Chairman of BBS Bank and Managing Director of The Worlds Institute of Science, where he provides high-level consulting services to governments, businesses, and organizations on regulatory frameworks, governance, and enterprise performance improvement.
He holds a PhD in Research Methodology & Evaluation from Ballsbridge University, a Master’s in Economics from Stellenbosch University, and a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Botswana. He has held pivotal roles throughout his career, including Treasurer at the National Development Bank, Market Risk Manager at Stanbic Bank Botswana, and Economist at the Bank of Botswana. His expertise spans investment, risk & compliance management, strategic leadership, and policy research.
A sought-after thought leader, Mogano has developed ground-breaking financial models, regulatory frameworks, and governance policies. His pioneering work in Theonomics, which integrates science and spirituality, has been widely published in academic and thought leadership circles. He is also a respected postgraduate research moderator at Botswana Open University, mentoring future leaders in business and management.
His governance influence extends beyond banking, having served as Chairman of Audit, Risk & Compliance Committees, and as a lead policy advocate for business development at Business Botswana. With a wealth of experience in regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and leadership development, Vincent Bino Mogano is a transformative leader shaping the future of business and policy in Africa.
